Let's talk
Automation Reliability Review

Know where your automations need attention.

We review your existing workflows for missed steps, unnoticed failures and recovery gaps, then give you a practical plan for what to improve first.

Best fit

When it helps

When automations keep running, but you need a clearer view of what could interrupt the work or create more checking for your team.

  • The run says complete, but work is still missing

An automation shows success, yet a record is missing, an update is wrong or the next person never receives what they need.

    • Trace the agreed work from its starting point to the final result.
    • Compare available run records with what reached the connected systems.
    • Identify gaps in checks for missing, repeated or incorrect updates.
  • You hear about problems from the people affected

Your team discovers a failed step through delayed work or a customer question. It is unclear which problems the existing alerts would catch.

    • Review which failures are recorded and which trigger a notification.
    • Check who receives alerts and what they need to respond.
    • Recommend practical ways to make important failures easier to notice.
  • Nobody is sure what happens after a step fails

Restarting might help, but it might also repeat an action or leave part of the work unfinished. The recovery route has never been made clear.

    • Review how failed and partly completed work is handled.
    • Check available evidence for repeat attempts and manual recovery.
    • Identify recovery gaps and the checks needed to resolve them.
  • Small changes are getting harder to trust

More exceptions and connected tools have made the workflow harder to follow. It is unclear what a change might affect or who can maintain it.

    • Map the important rules, connections and dependencies.
    • Review documentation, access and maintenance responsibilities.
    • Prioritize changes by business impact and the effort involved.
Scope & deliverables

Clear findings and a practical order for improvements.

We review the selected workflows and available evidence, explain what we could verify and recommend what to address first. Repairs can be agreed separately.

What's included

Review how the work runs and recovers.

  • Agreement on the workflows, business outcomes, connected systems and review boundaries.
  • Review of the current setup, available run history and representative results.
  • Checks of data handling, failure visibility and recovery, within agreed access limits.
  • Assessment of dependencies, documentation and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Prioritized findings, recommended improvements and a walkthrough of next steps.
What you receive

An evidence-based plan you can act on.

  • A focused map of the reviewed workflows, systems and important dependencies.
  • Findings with supporting evidence, business impact and unverified areas clearly marked.
  • A prioritized improvement plan with dependencies and suggested completion checks.
  • Review notes and a walkthrough of recommendations, limits and practical next steps.
Out of scope

Beyond the agreed review and improvement plan.

Any further work is optional and agreed separately.

  • Repairs, new controls, rebuilding or migrating the reviewed automations.
  • Additional workflows, disruptive live testing or a formal certification audit.
  • Emergency response, continuous monitoring or ongoing operational support.
Process

How it works

We lead the investigation and organize the findings. Your team provides relevant access and context, then reviews a concrete plan for what needs attention.

  1. Agree what to review

We identify the workflows, business concerns and available information. We agree access, review boundaries, price and timing before the investigation begins.

  2. Trace the work and check the evidence

We review the current setup, run history and representative results, including how failures become visible and how unfinished work is recovered.

  3. Prioritize the improvements

We separate confirmed issues from possible risks and evidence gaps, then rank recommended changes by business impact, dependencies and effort.

  4. Walk through the plan

We explain the findings, limits and recommended next steps, with suggested checks for each improvement. You receive a documented plan your team or chosen provider can use.
