Let's talk
SaaS Integration Sprint

Stop copying updates between your business apps.

We connect the apps you already use, so agreed information moves between them automatically, with checks for missing, conflicting or failed updates.

Best fit

When it helps

When your apps need the same information and keeping them updated has become another job for your team.

  • The same update gets entered more than once.

A customer detail, supplier record or status changes in one app. Someone then has to find and update the matching record elsewhere.

    • Agree which records and fields need to move between the selected apps.
    • Match records and check required information before transferring updates.
    • Automate the transfer at agreed times or when supported events occur.
  • Different apps give different answers.

A record changes in more than one place. Your team spends time comparing versions and deciding which details to trust.

    • Define which app takes priority for each agreed field.
    • Apply matching and conflict rules before an update overwrites existing information.
    • Direct unresolved differences to an agreed person for review.
  • You know what should connect. It keeps getting postponed.

The need is clear, but checking app limits, building the connection and testing it compete with work your business cannot put aside.

    • Start with your existing brief and check what the apps support.
    • Use suitable built-in connections or implement the missing parts.
    • Coordinate the build and testing, with focused input from your team.
  • You need to know when an update does not arrive.

Automating the transfer should not leave your team guessing whether it worked or what to do when a record is rejected.

    • Record completed transfers and make failed updates visible.
    • Handle agreed failures and check repeated events before creating records.
    • Document how to check, correct and resume interrupted transfers.
Scope & deliverables

A working connection, with clear checks and handover.

We agree which apps and information to connect, how updates should work and what happens when they fail. The scope includes implementation and testing with representative records.

What's included

Connect the agreed information.

  • Check of the selected apps, available connections, permissions and relevant subscription limits.
  • Definition of record matching, fields, transfer direction, timing and conflict rules.
  • Implementation using suitable existing features or an agreed integration method.
  • Data checks, handling of agreed failures and duplicates, and transfer visibility.
  • Testing, agreed release steps and a practical handover with your team.
What you receive

Less copying, with a connection your team can follow.

  • A working connection between the selected apps, released within the agreed scope.
  • A record of the fields, transfer rules and limits of the connection.
  • Test results covering representative normal and failure scenarios, with known limitations recorded.
  • Access and handover notes covering ownership, routine checks, corrections and resuming failed transfers.
Out of scope

Beyond the agreed connection.

Any further work is optional and agreed separately.

  • Replacing business apps, migrating their full history or cleaning unrelated records.
  • Automating additional business steps, approvals or reporting beyond the agreed transfers.
  • Ongoing monitoring, maintenance or adaptation to future app changes after handover.
Process

How it works

We lead the implementation and coordinate the details. Your team helps confirm how records should behave and checks the result before release.

  1. Agree the connection

We start with the apps and updates you want to connect, using any brief already in place. We check platform limits and agree records, rules, access, completion criteria, price and timing.

  2. Build the transfer

We configure suitable existing connections or implement the agreed integration. We add field matching, validation, failure handling and the records needed to see what has happened.

  3. Check normal and failed updates

We test representative records, including agreed duplicates, conflicts and failures. We resolve issues within scope and review the results with your team for release approval.

  4. Release and hand over

We enable the connection through the agreed release steps and check the initial transfers. We hand over access, documentation and a walkthrough of routine checks and corrections.
