Let's talk
Workflow Automation Sprint

Keep routine work moving without chasing every step.

We automate one agreed workflow across your existing tools, with clear rules, visible progress and exceptions directed to the right person.

Best fit

When it helps

When a repeatable process still needs someone to move it forward, check progress and catch missed steps.

  • The same small tasks keep taking up the day

Each request means creating records, assigning work and updating another tool. The steps are familiar, but someone has to repeat them every time.

    • Define what starts the workflow and what counts as complete.
    • Automate the agreed record updates, tasks and handoffs.
    • Check the required information before each next step runs.
  • Work waits because the next step gets missed

A request needs approval or a task needs another person, but progress depends on someone noticing and chasing it.

    • Route each task or approval request to the agreed person.
    • Add reminders and escalation for the situations you define.
    • Record the decision before starting actions that depend on it.
  • You find out something stalled when someone complains

Missing information or an unavailable tool can leave work unfinished. Without a clear status, the team has to retrace the steps to find out what happened.

    • Keep a record of completed steps and work waiting for attention.
    • Send incomplete or failed items to an agreed review route.
    • Provide a way to correct and resume work without repeating completed actions.
  • You know what to automate, but never get to the build

The process and priorities may already be clear. Finding time to connect the tools, check the details and get it running keeps pushing the work back.

    • Build on your existing brief and knowledge of the process.
    • Take care of the agreed design, implementation and checks.
    • Release the workflow with operating notes and a handover for your team.
Scope & deliverables

One working workflow, with a clear way to handle exceptions.

We agree the steps, connected tools and completion checks before building. Routine actions follow clear rules, and decisions that need people remain part of the process.

What's included

Design, build and check the agreed workflow.

  • Workflow design covering triggers, inputs, outputs, rules and human decisions.
  • Implementation of the agreed connections, actions, approvals and notifications.
  • Input checks, activity records and a route for incomplete or failed work.
  • Normal and failure checks, including repeat events and interrupted steps.
  • Release with your confirmation, operating documentation and a team walkthrough.
What you receive

An automation your team can run and understand.

  • The implemented workflow in the agreed systems and automation tools.
  • A workflow map showing steps, connections, rules and decisions.
  • A record of checks, results and any agreed limits or unresolved dependencies.
  • Operating notes covering ownership, failure handling, stopping and resuming work, and routine changes.
Out of scope

Beyond the agreed workflow.

Any further work is optional and agreed separately.

  • Additional workflows, wider process redesign or replacement of business platforms.
  • Historical data migration, extensive data cleanup or new interfaces beyond the agreed build.
  • Ongoing operation, monitoring, maintenance or changes after handover.
Process

How it works

We lead the design, build and checks. Your team's input stays focused on how the process works and the business decisions that shape it.

  1. Define the workflow

We use your brief and examples to agree the steps, rules, tools and completion checks. We confirm access, dependencies, price and delivery timing before implementation.

  2. Build the agreed steps

We implement the connections and actions, with status records, approval points and a route for exceptions. We clarify decisions with the relevant people as the build takes shape.

  3. Check normal and failed runs

We check representative examples, incomplete inputs, repeated events and failed steps. Your team confirms the workflow follows the agreed rules and produces the intended result.

  4. Release and hand over

With your confirmation, we release the workflow and check the initial runs. We walk through ownership, routine changes and how to stop, correct or resume work when something needs attention.
