Is there any hidden fees?
No. You pay fixed rate per Gigabyte of data stored (FTP, Database, Email, Backups) per month which is defined by your hosting subscription (Basic, Uptime+ or Performance+).
Can I combine plans to host clients with different requirements?
Absolutely. You will be billed for your storage consumption for each plan individually.
How can I transfer my existing clients over to your hosting?
There are plenty of ways, including automated migration (for compatible platforms) provided by Plesk control panel, manual migration through FTP and Database restore function, or hiring our Migration department for assistance.
Is your hosting fast enough?
Standard plan is suitable for low-volume websites in a shared hosting environment and provides baseline level of performance. Our Performance+ plan comes with redundant, load-balanced dedicated servers to provide sustainable performance for more demanding websites. For high-volume websites our Custom Solutions division can provide server and network infrastructure tailored to your specific needs.
Is there are any technical limits?
While we don’t have any artificial limits for hosting your websites or emails, however our services are not suitable for mass-emailing purposes.
